Php wasn't found, or the URL wasn't found?

What OS are you using, or are you renting/leasing a server? Is php installed? (ie. using WAMP or its equivalent) What are the error log(s) showing?

I had the processor in a folder where the it didnt reach. Though now when it execute its blank : p i believe i must do soemthing wonrg with code maybe. Im new, i tried to do a registration form .
