I'm just wondering why the placeholder image from placimg.com is not changing every time I refresh the sample website? I'm doing it exactly as demonstrated in the lesson. Is it a browser or OS issue?

13,758 PointsHi, the image doesn't refresh because the browser needs a "hard reload". If you are using Chrome browser you can hit ctrlShiftR to get that refresh. Or simply hold ctrl and hit the reload icon in the browser, it does the same job.
