Just a few things in the main method:

    Forum forum = new Forum(args[0]);
    User author = new User(args[0], args[1]);

    // Use the author object for the first constructor parameter
    // Double quotes required for String literals. Single quotes for Character literals.
    ForumPost post = new ForumPost(author, "Title", "Description");
    // Use the instance rather than the class.
    forum.addPost(post);

Other than that just don't forget to uncomment the addPost method.
