please help me adress and error 91 on java. nomatter what i do it is not clearing

may someone point out what im doing wrong in my code

RandomTest.java 
{

            Random randomGenerator = new Random();

              int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt();

            }

Remove the curly braces. The following will pass tasks 1 and 2

Random randomGenerator = new Random();
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt();
