Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Student 12,390 PointsSince main-nav is a class, you'll need to write a dot before it. <li> isn't a class, it's a tag. I'll show you how it's supposed to look like.
.main-nav li:first-child { border-style: none; border-top-left-radius: 5px; border-bottom-left-radius: 5px; }
Since main-nav is our class, we write a dot before it. The <li> tag isn't a class so we just put a space between the .main-nav class and li. If you add a background to this one now you should see that the border-radius is working properly.
