Dude, I think this looks great. Are you using AJAX load everything in? I noticed there were no URL changes.

How long have you been applying for jobs? How and where are you applying and what does your resume look like? So many factors play into landing a job. Depending on your answers to my questions I could give some advice but, I will say with what little skillset I have seen from your site, you are plenty qualified for a lot of jobs out there.
