What is the best way to put my learning to practical. i have completed android beginner level. i want to develop basics apps to practice. please suggest some list of apps that i can develop with this knowledge.

Just my $0.02
Having a look through the 'Beginning Android' track.... You should have a solid understanding of the basics. I'd suggest you challenge yourself then. Think about something that might be useful to you and work on building that. (research what you don't already know here, stack overflow, google etc.)
Failing that ... go with the usual suspects ...
Utility Apps
- ToDo app
- Diary
- Timesheeting
- Currency converter (there's a few free API's out there you can use)
- Image Gallery with custom sorting (throw in post to FaceBook for good measure - pretty simple API to work with)
Games (clones)
- Space Invaders
- 1942 arcade
- Pong
- Tetris
All of the above should be within the skill level of the Beginning Android course and will give you plenty of practice.
I still reckon you should challenge yourself though :)
