Java Java Objects (Retired) Meet Objects Creating New Objects

Print out using System.out.printf the color of the new object, using the getColor method.

Well. Might be so easy but I can see the error! Any help?

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("We are going to create a GoKart");
      GoKart goKart = new GoKart("red");
      GoKart color = new GoKart("red");
      System.out.printf(" the color is %s", goKart.color);

Hi Tiago,

This is how to use the getColor method:

public class Example {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
   //     System.out.println("We are going to create a GoKart");
      GoKart goKart = new GoKart("red");
   //   GoKart color = new GoKart("red");
      System.out.printf(" the color is %s", goKart.getColor());
    }
}

You don't need the second object declaration or the println statment -- you'll get a "bummer" message. So, I went ahead and commented those out.

Call the getColor method by typing getColor()
