pro plan to basic plan

is it possible to move from pro plan to basic plan after a month or do i have to watch courses to pro plan for 12 months and then go again to basic plan?

The forum is a great place to get help from other students, but may not be the most expedient (or evpen certain) way to contact the staff.

For billing issues, it's probably better to contact the staff directly as described on the Support page.

Hey Annat,

Students are able to upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time, as they see fit. Any time you upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rata difference of the plans for the remainder of your billing cycle (e.g. $49-25 = 24 difference. If half way through billing cycle, you'd pay $12 for the upgrade).

Similarly, if you downgrade, you'll receive a pro-rata Treehouse credit on your account for the price difference between the two plans.

You can upgrade/downgrade via your Enrollment page (account settings --> enrollment)
