Problem with Refresh

Hi, Is there a lag or something when saving after editing CSS? Because after I save the changes I made on CSS and refresh the page preview, the effect is not visible immediately. I needed to refresh several times or wait for a few moments before I could see the effect. Making me think sometimes that I'm not following the instructions properly.

sounds like a possible connection issue. depending on time of day sometimes I experience no lag on my refresh sometimes about 10 secs.
