C#

Program.cs(8,39): error CS0117:

Hi,

I am trying to follow the instructions from the Track Beginning C# - Receiving Input. But I'm getting an error on the workspace.

Here's the code:

class Program { static void Main() { // Prompt user for minutes exercised System.Console.Write("Enter how many minutes you exercised: ");

    string entry = System.Console.Readline();

    // Add minutes exercised to total
    // Display total minutes exercised to the screen
    // Repeat until user quits
}

}

Here's the error:

treehouse:~/workspace$ mcs Program.cs
Program.cs(8,39): error CS0117: System.Console' does not contain a definition forReadline'
/usr/lib/mono/4.5/mscorlib.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error)

Never mind. I should write it this way, System.Console.ReadLine();

Just capitalizing the L on ReadLine
