Python Vs PHP Freelancing

Which one is going to be better for the longer run? I enjoy building sites for friends and family.

I know PHP is an older language but is still used on a lot of webistes. Python seems to be where alot of the education schools are starting to teach as well as your Javascript etc.

PHP is the easiest to get into for sure. If you have more programming experience in general then you could focus on Freelance Python. Look at what’s in demand in your market. A lot of small business have WordPress sites, which is PHP. When jobs in my area ask for Python they also ask for C, C++, Java etc. It depends on what type of work you want to do and think about who you want to market your skills to.
