QA Selenium! How Meta.

Here's your chance to QA QA!

It's happening! We've got our first Quality Assurance course in the works with an Introduction to Selenium course, and we're looking for a few students to help take it for a spin!

The hope is to release next Wednesday, September 13, so feedback should be presented by Tuesday, September 12 so we have an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments.

The QA process is a time for people to spot any glaring mistakes, spelling errors, broken links, mistakes in teachers notes, clarification on quiz questioning, and any other feedback.

With QA there's a few other things you should know. Progress isn't recorded on the account so you won't get a check mark. Badges and completion emails won't get sent. You also need to manually go to the next stage in the course. Those are the quirks of QA mode. It's like installing an OS on the first days its available.

Please use email to provide feedback. When in QA, we try to not talk about the course here on the Community forum until it's officially released. This'll help to avoid confusion.

Comment below to sign up. We'll let you know when the invites have been sent and if you've been selected.

Thanks in advance!

I would be glad to sign up. I have been teaching myself Selenium this year as I needed a way to automate testing.

I would gladly test this course. I have seen Selenium discussed quite a bit over the web but never quite taken the time to learn it, this seems like a decent enough time to get into it.

I work as a QA Engineer and I have been waiting a very long time for this class. I have mainly done black box testing and am learning automation, as black box testing alone is a dying if not dead concept. I would love to QA it.

I would love to give this a test run. Just started using it for work and would be a great opportunity to get a better understanding of it! Thanks :)

We have a great group of volunteers to QA this course. Thanks, and keep an eye out in your email for an invitation to join!
