Question about a problem With my footer

Hi, I have a small application which I built. But I have a problem in my screen the footer sticks in the bottom at the page and some other screen it isn’t and I don’t know what is the problem.

Hi Steven, As u see the footer seems to stick on the bottom of the page but in other screen the footer raises up abit
