Question about MyFonts webpage. Are they hosting all the font files or I am?

As explained on their help page:

You will be serving the webfont kit for your own site and linking it in the CSS.

They also provide font files for desktop use.

Hmm, so if i'm serving it, how are they able to mesure the traffic?

They can't. But if you site become famous and you only declare 10 000 views per month they could ask a court to deliver a subpoena to your service provider and get the real count. Penalty can get very high on that matter.
