Quickest way to export pdf into slices ready for use inside html document? Any ideas..

Hi, just wondering does any one know what is the fastest method to export a pdf document into slices and export to single sliced images. I have a pdf image but need some pictures logos etc to be used inside the html doc, can someone explain the best way to do this. I am using illustrator cc

I'm not strong with design tools. My personal preference would be to do it in Photoshop. Then you can select an area and right click - layer via cut. Then unview the rest of the document and save that.

You can do it for each piece, and it'll keep them in the locations you need them to be.

There are a couple ways to approach this.

One way would be to create multiple artboards for each graphic to be exported, then rename each artboard accordingly. Once, everything is in place, you can then File > Export. Save File As PNG and make sure that the Use Artboards checkbox is checked.

The other way would be to select each item individually, then Object (alt+O) > Slice (alt+S) > Create from Selection (alt+S). This will give you a more traditional slicing approach to the elements that you are slicing. From here you can use your slice selection tool to pick the slices that you want to save, then File > Save for Web. in the Save for Web dialog box, use your slice selection tool to name, tag and set up matte options for each slice. Before saving make sure that you have all of your desired slices selected, and that Selected Slices is selcted in the Export dropdown.

Try both ways and see which suits your workflow best.
