rake spec does not work

For some reason, rake spec does not work for me. I am running Ruby 2.0.0-p645.

Does it work if you run rspec spec or rake spec RAILS_ENV=test ?

It might have something to do with how rspec is loaded in your Gemfile. Ideally , it should be in the development and test block like this: 

group :development, :test do
    gem 'rspec-rails'
end
