React route error

Dear community I'm trying to use react routes and I'm receiving an error. I tried almost everything I found on the internet but nothing worked.

This is the error. Could someone give me any hints to solve it?

react.development.js:207 Warning: Invalid hook call. Hooks can only be called inside of the body of a function component. This could happen for one of the following reasons:
