Just need to pass actual values in the function call.

To expand on LB's answer,

When calling the function, you need to pass in values for the function to use. num1 and num2 are arguments for the function itself, not something that can be passed into the function. num1 and num2 take the place of whatever values you put into the function.

In this case, num1 will be 3 and num2 will be 7 because we passed in 3 and 7, in that order. Then, the function deals with num1 and num2 as though they were those values.
