R.id and R.string, the R is showing up as red right through my program with error default activity not found?

HI, R is showing up in red right through the program, I have been unable to find the root, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Clean and Rebuild under the Build menu. If it gives you any errors, particularly in your XML files, track them down and fix them.
