JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Working With Numbers Using Math Methods

Round to the nearest number

The Challenge states to round to the nearest number with JavaScript Maths code. That should be Math.round() but the message returns with something about an alert. The lesson has Math.round. I see nothing about an alert.

script.js
var temperature = 37.5;
Math.round()

The challenge asks you to display an alert with the rounded temperature. What you need to do is round off the temperature variable with Math.round, then display the result with the alert function, like this:

var temperature = 37.5;
alert(Math.round(temperature));
