Ruby

Ruby challenges (ToDo list)

Is there a way of learning what the challenge is first without viewing the videos, like it's done in the JS course? I would like to try my hand at it first and need the requirements. Listening to the videos gives too many hints!

You can just jump between videos and challenges any way you want. You're not obliged to follow the order, it's all available as a whole. It's not Code School.

No, what I mean to say is that in JavaScript, Dave explained what we were to do, then you only watched the video once you completed the challenge to see how you did. The Ruby projects (I incorrectly referred to them as challenges) are narrated as Jason is writing the code out. I want to know the specs of the project, try it on my own before watching him do it all for me!

Oh...in that case, I'm afraid the teacher has a different approach and currently there are no Ruby videos that would follow this format.
