Ruby Code Challenge ... Ruby Methods: Stage 4

Create a method called "hello" that takes one argument.

Man these challenges, are killing me lately.... =( How do I make a method called "hello"? or "Friend"? or anything?

def add(a) 
  puts " #{a} Darrell:"
end

Why is it work for the assignment, but when I typed it in launch workshop it doesn't work? 'hello' is a method? The name of the method can be anything that is what I'm getting at.. I could use 'hi'
