I hope Treehouse will bring out a course in depth about SEO, mainly on page stuff and SEO markup that would be awesome! And also google updates :) I guess that it could go out of date very quickly though.

Treehouse Guest TeacherHey Mike Samways - you're reading my mind! I'm actually outlining a new SEO course right now, and while it is a pretty imposing subjects, we're going to start with the basics and work our way up from there.
Speaking of the basics, check out this stage on SEO I did under 'How to Market Your Business' - that is one place to start, but I second the recommendation that Tom Bedford listed above. The MOZ tutorial is awesome.
