Separated websites under one brand domain

Hi,

I work for one club chain, trouble is, their flag clubs have own websites with own www domain which is I don't think good for SEO and google results. I want to also put all those locations under one company in Google My Business.

What is the best way to merge all of those websites and roof them under one domain?

I was thinking to make url i.e. like:

Do you think is this a good idea?

Thank you.

I personally wouldn't, as long as the websites aren't repeating the same information it shouldn't affect seo, if anything seo would be better if they had relevant separate domain names with there own content, you can however link to your main company brand from the club websites which would give your main brand website more seo points depending on how the child companies rank. I would recommend having a look at brewery websites as an example, most will have separate websites for the pubs that have loose branding connected to the brewery and subtle links back to the brewery. example : http://www.staustellbrewery.co.uk/pubs-inns-and-hotels

No, it won't repeat same information. Different photos, services, events etc. I'm thinking more like a Starbucks chain? One website, one facebook page + places.

Again it really depends how much synchronicity there is, big chains are all about consistency same name, menu, experience, decor etc. if each one is very different then I'd say make it as a hub and spoke affair.
