6,977 Points<!DOCTYPE html> is the code that you explain which language you are using. So only after typing that you should use <html> ... </html> can be used. So basically remove your <html></html> and put brackets around !DOCTYPE html. It should be as below;
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
</html>
