should i use Let? instead of var?

they recommend to use let for the loops and at the instruction of the loops, they also suggest to use let and const when defining variables.. its confusing.. should i use let? or const? for arrays too??

In most cases, you can use "const" for anything that will not be changed later, and "let" for anything that will.

Use "var" in a course where you see it being used in all the video examples, as the course may have an older validation system that might not recognize the newer terms in the challenges.
