Sketch app for Website Project

Hi there! I'm starting to use Sketch (Mac App) for design my web projects. I use the Grid System and sets the grid at 1170px like bootstrap; but I've a problem with the guide lines. There's a method or a plugin that work like GuideGuide in PS? And... sketch is suitable for designing websites instead of photoshop?

He is right sketch is very good for web sites but I'm sorry I have never used grids before
