17,062 PointsThe slice() method extracts a section of a string and returns it as a new string, without modifying the original string.
u have 2 arguments- begin index and end index.
if u want to get a part of a string let’s say: const word = “javascript”
word.split(4,10);
ull get the word “script” out of it
