Java Java Objects (Retired) Creating the MVP Storing Guesses

[SOLVED] java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: Game.applyGuess(C)Z

After starting the repl, I loaded the file:

:load Game.java

created an instance of a new game:

Game game = new Game("treehouse");

and applied the guess 't':

game.applyGuess('t');

and I receive this error:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: Game.applyguess(C)Z

How can I fix this?

This is my Game.java file:

Game.java
public class Game {
        private String mAnswer;
        private String mHits;
        private String mMisses;

        public Game(String answer) {
                mAnswer = answer;
                mHits = "";
                mMisses = "";
        }

public boolean applyGuess(char letter) {
        boolean isHit = mAnswer.indexOf(letter) >= 0;

        if (isHit) {
                mHits += letter;
        }
        else {
                mMisses += letter;
        }
        return isHit;
 }
}

Looks like this was an error with the repl.

If anyone else encounters this, to fix it, just close the console and reopen. From there, restart the repl and do the entire process over again.

that help me a lot but id didn't why your code work and my own code doesΒ΄nt and is exactly the same.
