303 Points.split
I think it's time for a snack. Luckily I have a string full of types of ice cream sundaes. Unluckily, they're all in one string and the string has semi-colons in it too.
Use .split() to break the available string apart on the semi-colons (;). Assign this to a new variable sundaes.

231,271 PointsI hate giving spoilers to challenges, I believe they rob you of one of the best learning-retention opportunites. But this challenge is worded so explicitly I can't think of any good hints.
I'm going to suggest that you re-watch the video, particularly between time indexes 1:55 and 3:00. I bet you can solve it yourself then.

303 PointsHello Steven, I have tried to apply .split to the string example that they give in this way and apparently it is incorrect:
sundaes = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white".split(';')
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
