It seems as though your videos do not show the latest Workbench. It is difficult to follow along, especially when my Workbench has fewer options when compared to what you show. Are you planning on updating them?

39,199 PointsIt's usually a good idea to use the same major version of software that the tutorial/book/video is based on. In this case judging by the screen in the video that's 5.2. 6.0 was recently released. The move from 5 to 6 signifies there could be some major changes and such upgrades shouldn't be taken lightly when using software in production.
The most obvious change in the new version is a re-designed home screen which you almost certainly have noticed.
