I was using treehouse in 2015 for a couple of months but had issues at home and had to stop my account... now I'm starting back up with treehouse i've realised that i've forgot everything I know and really need to go back to basics but my account is starting me where i left off.
how can I take myself back to my start point and be re-introduced to treehouse like the way I was when I first signed up? I would like to start the original track that I did when I first joined and beguided through the learning experience as a total begginner and need help figuring out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated... especially because I've been trying to contact the support for 2 days now and I dont even know how to get an answer and I cant start learning anything until I can get some guidance on how treehouse works. I'm not even sure if they are answering me and its starting to get frustrating now as I have been paying for this now for 2 days and haven't been able to use it.

231,072 PointsIt's just bad timing. The Support group operates from 9am-6pm ET, Monday thru Thursday. As mentioned on the Support page, "Support requests submitted outside those times may receive delayed responses."
I've never had it done, but I understand that they can reset your progress. In the meantime, you can use the course index page to select the first video of a previously taken course and proceed from there.

Courses Plus Student 5,796 Pointsthankyou for getting back in touch... ive been going back through my completed beginners tracks from before and got through enough to understand where I am now. I had only completed up to the first java course anyway and after a bit of investigating it looks to me to be easier to just complete the basics again and then get back on with learning java.
if I have any further problems I'll get back in touch... I think I just needed to get used to it again.
