Storing a returned value in a variable

I can't figure out which is the return value to place in my variable.

function returnValue(mymy) {
return mymy;  
}
var echo = returnValue;
returnValue('weee');

The challenge states:

After your newly created returnValue function, create a new variable named echo. Set the value of echo to be the results from calling the returnValue function. When you call the returnValue function, make sure to pass in any string you'd like for the parameter.

The returnValue function is declared with a parameter, mymy in your case. When you call the function you need to give it a parameter as I have below.

var returnValue = function(mymy) {
  return mymy;
};

var echo = returnValue("string goes here");
