Danang,

You are replacing the wrong part of the task with your variable. It wants you to replace the string that declares the flavor of ice cream; i.e. the echo "vanilla"; line, do NOT replace the echo "
Your favorite flavor of ice cream is "; line.

On line 4, Replace echo "vanilla"; with echo $flavor;

<?php
$flavor = "vanilla";
echo $flavor;
echo ".
";
echo "
Randy's favorite flavor is cookie dough, also!
";

?>

Hi Danang!!! Erik is right, you replaced the wrong line.

<?php

$flavor = "vanilla";
echo "
Your favorite flavor of ice cream is ";
echo $flavor;
echo ".
";
echo "
Randy's favorite flavor is cookie dough, also!
";

?>
