Styles not being applied in Chrome?!?!?!

The stylesheet is not applying styles to the photos and buttons, but the title is being styled. I'm using MAMP on a macbook pro. Everything works fine in the other browsers. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Have you already checked the Developer Tools in Chrome, to see what it thinks it should be working with?
