Sublime 2.0 - Unable to save issues

Hey, is anyone having a problem with Sublime 2.0 with saving a file. Sometime when I try to save a file it tells me that it is "Unable to Save"....extremely annoying. Any help would be much appreciated.

Was there an answer to this? I have a Windows 7 and am unable to save. I am having the same issue with Notepad++. In NP++ it thinks that the file is open in another program. I'm guessing that the other program is Chrome (or any other browser that I am live testing with).
