CSS CSS Basics (2014) Enhancing the Design With CSS Text Shadows and Box Shadows

Task 4 css rejected, despite seeming to perform fine in Preview & workspace. Guidance, please?

Cannot figure out why Task 4 css is failing. Warning is ~"did you remember to add a comma between both values?"

.main-header { box-shadow: 0px 2px 15px #aaa, inset 0px 0px 60px 5px firebrick; }

Thanks for any guidance!

Hi Lee,

For 0 values in CSS, there is no need to put any unit beside them because 0 of anything is 0 regardless of unit. The challenge parser accepts the 0 values in the .main-heading selector having a px unit attached to them but will not accept it for the last selector. If you eliminate the "px" from all 0 values in the last selector, the challenge will pass.

.main-heading {
 text-shadow: 0px 0px 5px #be7b31;
}

.title {
 text-shadow: 1px 3px 0px #e59740;
}

.main-header {
/* eliminated px unit from 0 values */
 box-shadow: 0 2px 15px #aaa,
            inset 0 0 60px 5px firebrick;

Fantastic! Thank you! I'll remember this info forever, realizing also now how much more simple it will be only typing the zero... First Q in Forum, very happy to be over the hurdle with help.

Excellent! Glad to help, Lee! (Hopefully) Happy Coding! :D
