Hello, I'm working on Terminal app on mac os x Yosemite, and I frequently need to open new tabs. The question is, if someone know how to open a new tab (cmd+t) using the same working directory. For example if I'm on Documents/Web I need the new tab to open in Documents/Web, not to type all the path again to get to the directory. In preferences there is an option but doesn't works. If anybody knows it would be awesome.

Courses Plus Student 39,959 PointsOpen Terminal.app, go to Preferences > General, in the selectbox New Tabs open with and choose "Same Working Directory"

23,449 PointsHi Roberto, I try that several times and it didn't work. In fact that is what i have in preferences. I also try deleting the terminal.plist file so terminal.app restart but still not working.
