The best place to test how email design will look on different email clients...

I'm working on my first email design template and want to test how the email will look across the most popular email clients...Does anyone know the best options that are currently available?? I've looked into both Litmus and MailChimp, but I'd like to know a little more before I think about spending money for any kind of membership...I appreciate your help!

I think they each probably have similar features, so maybe if you have the time, sign up for a free trial with each one and test the same thing and compare how you like each service.

Thanks for the input Iain...after looking more into it, I found that MailChimp actually incorporates some of Litmus' client testing into their system. And it only cost $3 to gain access to MailChimp's (actually Litmus') 'Inbox Inspector'. This allows you to see what your email template looks like across the most popular email clients (with images turned both on and off).
