The last question - put the top ul in a special navigation?? I put the top ul in <section> and still not working

The last question is confusing?

It asks to put the top ul in a seperate section - but the top ul is already in a <header>??

Finally, place the top <ul> inside an element that represents a major section of navigation.

Wrap your <ul> inside header with nav (see w3 code example)
