Add a conditional around that final echo command that checks if the flavor variable has a value of "cookie dough." Hi Terrance,

(Hal's=="cookie dough") In the condition "Hal's" won't be accepted as it's just plain text. Also, you'll need different variable names for you and Hal's flavor.

Try this.

$myFlavor = "cookie dough";
$halsFlavor = "cookie dough";

echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is" . $myFlavor .  ".</p>";
if($halsFlavor == "cookie dough"){
     echo "<p>Hal's favorit flavor is " . $halsFlavor . " also!</p>";
}
