System.Console.Write("Enter a book title: ");
string bookTitle = System.Console.ReadLine();

First you need to Write your question like "Enter a book title:". Then you want to create a variable that hold your entry that you tip in the console. With System.Console.ReadLine.ReadLine() you can Read that what you write in the console and store it in the string (variable) bookTitle.
