The vagrant up keeps freezing and not working. Gives timeout error message. Tried direct download and same issue.

Getting : An error occurred while downloading the remote file. The error message, if any, is reproduced below. Please fix this error and try again.

Recv failure: Operation timed out

When I try to download the file directly using a browser it does the same thing. Stalls out a portion through the download and freezes and never completes.
