There is no virtual device for me to select

Hey guys, how come there is no virtual device? I also tried creating one but I cannot seem to acces the AVD manager. It doesn't click and open!

You can always reinstall Android Studio, However, your computer might not be capable of running a virtual device. And you can always use your Android device instead.
