there is one course about xamarin.forms my question is if i get all c# courses will i be able to code on xamarin.forms

is it the same languege xamarin.forms and c#

The Microsoft website says: Xamarin is a mobile app development platform for building native iOS, Android, and Windows apps from a common C#/.NET code base.

So therefore yes, Xamarin applications are written in C# so the C# courses will be significantly helpful.

Most news I recently read about Xamarin claimed that Microsoft is trying their best to make the current C# libraries available for Xamarin as well. Since Microsoft is funding Xamarin, you can expect it will get (it actually is already, though) pretty similar to C# in many aspects. Therefore, yes, if you learn C# you will be able to code in Xamarin.Forms.
