There's a playback speed control in the lower right between the 10-second rewind and the CC buttons. It looks like a little gauge. You can reduce the speed 75% or 50%, with built-in audio pitch compensation.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can make suggestions directly to the Support staff. Be sure to mention which course you are referring to.
