Yes, It works on other videos too. only problem with this one it seems.

Try right clicking on one of the video download links I provided and then click

Save video as...

See if the sound carries over after saving the video to your computer.

(I know this is not the ideal solution, but I do not know a better approach)

The same happened to me, click the volume button and it should sound. I hope it helps.
