Time track

Hi, I would like to know a tool to add how much time I spend learning or doing something. Which one do you use?

I use Evernote for my todo lists. I would like to use a time tracker to see how much time It take me to learn a new language. Maybe something with charts too!

Any idea?

It's a bit manual, but I like the e.ggtimer.com website. Perhaps even https://www.toggl.com/ would be a good choice.
