Tool/Resource To Test Knowledge?

Hope everyone is having a great day Saturday!

I have been completed HTML/CSS and moving on to Javascript. Is there a tool or resource that allows me to test my knowledge of HTML/CSS?

I love the system used for Code Racer. Is there anything like that, that anyone has come across or should I just pick a project to work on?
